This is one of the most incredible shellfish in the world- geoduck clams! These can live for up to 150 years. They are really easy to prepare- you just have to boil, drop in an ice bath, and peel off the outer skin. What’s cool about geoduck clams is that the flavor is almost like a salty cucumber. They even almost smell like a cucumber. I enjoy these with fresh flavors like blood orange for the best experience. The texture is slightly chewy almost like a squid.
