How to Do the Dolphin Kick

Are you treating your dolphin kick like an asset or liability? 👇 Underwater dolphin kicking can soak up more than half the race distance in pool events. Elite sprint freestylers are regularly going out to 15m on both walls in short course competitions. Backstrokers (especially) and butterflyers also kick out far, taking advantage of the superior underwater speeds of their dolphin kicks. And even 400m’ers are getting in on the underwater action, initially with Michael Phelps (seen in the video)
