Hi I’m Kate and I have ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) I’m also a certified practicing nutritionist. After discovering my ARFID I consumed so much content trying to figure out how to help myself. This led me to believe I only had two options: 1. Force myself to try new foods (no thank you) 2.
