Now that it’s Spring it’s time to feed the garlic to harvest the biggest bulbs. Our hardneck garlic was planted in the garden close to the end of October. Now that it’s April most have sprouted and are ready to start growing until harvest around July-August. To give garlic the best chance to develop large bulbs, we feed them in early Spring.
