Given the high level of complexity of the moves as well as the necessary athleticism to complete the routine, she does not expect that most of you have reached her fitness level. (She gave up on me long ago.) If you have not yet achieved “Triple L” status (Linda Lou Level) please do not give up and do not be discouraged. Today, she is demonstrating the balance in her life.
