Accumulating snow will continue to pile up in the Texas Panhandle through tonight. Significant accumulations (4-8") are now expected across the northwestern/northern Panhandle. Snow is starting in the Texas Panhandle tonight — and some spots could get several inches. Travel conditions may go downhill fast overnight into Thursday morning, especially along I-40 and 287. A Winter Weather Travel Advisory is in effect. Farther south and east, scattered showers and storms continue along the upper Texas Gulf Coast and Southeast Texas.
