South Korea has repatriated six North Koreans who accidentally drifted into South Korean waters earlier this year. All six had consistently expressed their desire to go back, Seoul's Ministry of Unification said.

South Korea has recently been hit by another surge of lovebugs. But romance is certainly not in the air for residents of Seoul and neighboring Incheon city, who have been plagued by these pesky insects in recent weeks, as rising temperatures due to climate change spur their spread.

South Korea's Unification Ministry confirmed reports on Monday that it plans to repatriate six North Koreans who were rescued at sea on the southern side of the maritime border, despite having no contact with Pyongyang.
