NYC subway service is disrupted in Manhattan after a power outage near the West 4th Street-Washington Square station, the MTA says.

The MTA says A, C, B, D, E, F and M lines are disrupted Thursday as crews investigate a power outage at West 4th Street. CBS News New York's Doug Williams has an update.

A 2-year-old boy who choked on a meatball while he was at daycare at the YWCA New Britain on Tuesday has died and the state Department of Children and Families is investigating, according to the little boy’s mother and a statement from DCF.
