Who wouldn’t want Livvy Dunne and Paul Skenes living in their apartment complex? A former star gymnast for the LSU Tigers and now cultural icon girlfriend of Paul Skenes, Olivia “Livvy” Dunne announced Tuesday that she was denied from buying the former New York City home of Babe Ruth.

A native of New Jersey, Dunne became a millionaire with her success through the NCAA's Name, Image and Likeness (NIL) policy. She's been able to turn her fame into a slew of opportunities, including multiple appearances in Sports Illustrated 's Swimsuit Issue.
