Yankees manager Aaron Boone discussed Stanton’s mentality after Wednesday’s game, via YES Network. “He’s an animal,” he said. Stanton is now 4-for-7 with two homers, six RBI, two walks, and two runs scored as a pinch-hitter this season. The five-time All-Star is also hitting .333 with 15 homers and 37 RBI since July 1.
