A Falcon 9 rocket carrying 21 Starlink satellites is targeting an 11:14 p.m. liftoff from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station’s Space Launch Complex 40 during a four-hour launch window Monday. SpaceX had originally been targeting Sunday night.

Ric Grenell, a Trump ally serving as his envoy for special missions, said Friday that “there will be conditions” to any federal aid for the state.

The aid would go toward “immediate and long-term recovery work needed to rebuild lives and properties,” according to the letter.
