The man arrested at the Atlanta airport after police say he threatened to shoot up the terminal is pleading not guilty.
Billy Joe Cagle was stopped from carrying out a threat against Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport in October.
"We ask everyone to reserve judgment until you hear all the facts," defense attorney Preston Haliburton said.
The suspect, Billy Joe Cagle, who also waived a formal reading of the indictment against him, is being held without bond.
