The pivotal question in November’s New Jersey and Virginia governor races may be whether the outcome is shaped more by President Donald Trump’s electoral strengths or by his weaknesses.

Top Republican candidates made a joint campaign stop in Hanover Sunday night less than 48 hours before Election Day. One by one, the three candidates running for governor, lieutenant governor and attorney general took to the stage to rally their base.
