LANCASTER — Three Lancaster-area high school football teams are still alive in the playoffs and will play in the regional quarterfinals on Friday, Nov. 7. In Division III, Region 11, No. 7 Bloom-Carroll (8-3) will travel to face No. 2 Licking Valley (10-0).
