SPRING VALLEY (WABC) -- Authorities are investigating the cause of a fire Thursday morning at a Rockland County yeshiva. Flames and billowing black smoke engulfed Yeshiva D'Rockland in Spring Valley.
Vital, who is a former acting chair of the Rockland Democratic Committee, lives in Clarkstown. He must establish residency in Spring Valley if he becomes mayor.
