With Juan Soto and Brett Baty, the Mets had to turn to two unlikely heroes to earn a win against the Giants on Sunday.

Due to cold temperatures and windy conditions forecast for Tuesday and Wednesday nights at Citi Field, the Mets have moved their start times against the Diamondbacks to 4:10 p.m. ET for each of those games.

The start times for the Diamondbacks’ first two games against the New York Mets at Citi Field this week have been moved up due to anticipated cold and windy conditions. The games on Tuesday, April 7, and Wednesday, April 8, which had been scheduled to start at 4:10 p.m. MST, will now begin at 1:10 p.m. MST.

Through 10 games, the Mets have scored 49 runs. To put that in perspective, only four teams (the Astros, Brewers, Nationals, and Dodgers) have scored more. Through 10 games, the Mets have allowed 32 runs. To put that in perspective, only three teams (the Yankees, Braves, and Reds) have given up fewer.
