This can be done using the Find My network and by marking your iPhone as lost. You can also use the Find My network to locate your iPhone and, if needed, erase it remotely to protect your data.

Use the Find My app to turn it off remotely from another iPhone or iPad. To disable it remotely on any computer: iCloud.com > Find My > All Devices > your iPhone > Erase This Device.
