CEO Brian Niccol is cracking down on work from home, ordering Starbucks employees to return to the office four days a week or take a buyout.

Starbucks has told its corporate staff they must work in the office for four days a week or take a payment and quit. Workers will be expected to be in the office between Monday and Thursday starting in October,

Starbucks Corp. will require its corporate employees to work four days in the office a week, up from three, starting Sept. 29.The coffee giant also announced that people managers who are currently working remote will need to relocate to Seattle or Toronto within 12 months.
